Objective: Open call competition
This exhibition category is open call competition for student and professional in interior and product design. Cube has been known as an event for young emerging designers who are under 40. However, there will be no age restriction from this year and now it is open to everyone.
The theme for this year is genvironmenth.
Note:
Design sketch will be reviewed by TWD Executive Committee Members.
The work must be durable to transportation and exhibition.
Please take into consideration that some visitors may touch your art work.

All applicants must submit entry application for exhibition. To make entry please fill out our online gentry formh. Required entry information: Name of the company and the contact person, Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail address, requested booth size and category etc. ¦As soon as you submit your entry application, it will be immediately processed and you will receive a conformation email. For exhibition application, follow the concept sheet guideline below to prepare supporting materials. * Download concept sheet guideline Please use it as an example and create your own concept sheet and submit it through gConcept Sheet submission formh. Please be sure to submit all the materials within 4 weeks after your entry date. TWD office will be reviewing the concept sheets submitted in Step 3. Application review will be held at the end of every month, and acceptance notification will be sent to each applicant by TDW organizer. ¦Application review is scheduled take place in mid July. |

![]() Exhibitor Contract Form Submission |
After acceptance, download gExhibition Application Contract Agreement Formh from our web site, fill out all the necessarily information and submit by gContract Agreement Submission Formh. Send the original signed copy by postal mail by its due date. The contract agreement form must be submitted by the following month of your acceptance notice. Any exhibitor whose contract has not been received by its due date will be considered as a withdrawal from the exhibition. The effective date of the contract shall be the receipt date by TWD office, from that day exhibitor owes the payment obligation of its exhibition fee. Contract Submission Form„„„ |

An invoice for Exhibition Contract Fee will be issued by TWD.
Please make your payment by terms indicated below.
Withdraw from exhibition or any request to change the names on of account holder will be accepted on terms. Exhibitor must request in writings for any reduction or cancellation of stand space after the contract. Cancellation Policy: Exhibitors withdrawing from the contract are subject to a penalty charge.

Exhibitor orientation is scheduled to take place in Tokyo at the end of July (Subject to change. Please confirm dates with TWD office). We will be going over the specifics of administration and installment of exhibitions based on our exhibition manual |
